TV star Carol Vorderman showcased her phenomenal figure in a form-fitting black dress as she prepared for a radio show
Carol Vorderman looked magnificent as she showcased her figure in a black bodycon dress.
The 60-year-old took to her Instagram Stories to share her mirror selfie with fans as she prepared for a radio show.
“Radio show time ooh put on a scruffy dress,” the TV presenter captioned the post along with a few Welsh flag emojis.
The star wore a form-fitting plain black dress and black tights and accessorised with a thick gold bangle.
Carol always shares her outfits with her followers on Instagram and leaves them speechless when she showcases her amazing figure.
The maths whizz works hard to achieve her gym-honed body and even tries out different diets.
Carol recently shared a video of herself working up a sweat after her first Reformer Pilates session in Bristol last month.
The Pilates reformer machine creates resistance to work every muscle in the body and is said to lead to a stronger core.
Carole, who looked stunning wearing a black lycra top and leopard print leggings, told fans: “Had my first ever pilates reformer (the machines) sesh today. Am now officially HOOKED @soul_pilates #Bristol.
“Felt so good all stretched out. Thank you Helen and Nic.”
The mum-of-two added that she would be doing another workout session with her personal trainer, Mel Deane, later in the day.
Earlier this year, Carol revealed her abs started appearing as a result of the keto diet she was on.
The TV star embarked on a new health journey and was aiming to lose weight by ketosis.
After putting in the hard work – from her strict diet to exercising – Carol is looking fantastic and she couldn’t resist showing off her changing body to fans.
Alongside a photo of her incredibly toned tummy, she wrote: “I’ve found an “ab”.
“Actually getting stronger and weights at my age helps everything inside…….and I LOVE IT.”
She previously discussed her keto diet and said she puts a knob of butter in her coffee in the morning as it makes her less hungry.
“So I’m doing this intermittent fasting thing. I’ve gone 20 hours without food, not felt a little bit hungry and I’m now having proper bacon – not the rubbish kind – and fresh, fresh, local eggs, everything local and I can’t wait,” she said.
Carol added: “And I’m dropping the weight. It’s brilliant this.”
