In a scene from Amazon Studios’ Prime Video documentary Justin Bieber: Our World, the singer discusses his desire to have children
Just Bieber revealed he is ready to “start trying” for a baby with his wife Hailey Baldwin this year.
The Yummy singer, 27, was seen speaking to his 24-year-old wife in a scene from Amazon Studios’ Prime Video documentary Justin Bieber : Our World.
He said he wants to be able to “squish out a nugget” in 2021.
“My intention for 2021 is to continue to set goals and have fun while doing them,” he revealed.
“Make sure I put my family first and hopefully we squish out a nugget,” he said to Hailey the day before his New Year’s Eve 2020 concert.
“In 2021?” his model wife asked and Justin confirmed he wanted to “start trying”.
“We shall see,” she told him.
The couple fueled pregnancy rumours on the red carpet at the Met Gala this year.
There was a moment when Justin lovingly placed his hand on the model’s stomach only for her to quickly move it away.
She also appeared to tell him not to put his hand there as they continued to pose for snaps.
The pair’s brief interaction led to fans flocking to social media to air their thoughts on what was going on.
One Twitter user wrote: “I’m not saying that Hailey is pregnant but did Justin just… omg hahhaa.”
A second commented: “Hailey Bieber when Justin put his hands on her belly you can tell she said it’s gonna look like I’m pregnant LMAOOO.”
And a third added: “Not justin putting his hand on Hailey’s stomach and Hailey moving it #MetGala.”
Hailey previously talked about her desire to have children a few years ago and said the couple were taking their time.
“I love kids and I can’t wait to have my own,” the model told Vogue Arabia back in 2018.
“I would say that now, that’s a closer reality, but definitely not anytime soon.”
Fans had thought Hailey was pregnant when Justin once shared a snap of the couple and captioned it “mom and dad”.
Hailey had to quickly comment: “I think you should maybe change this caption to *Dog Mom and Dad* before anyone gets it twisted.”
