Alyssa Milano has revealed she’s not let her kids watch her in hit ’90s series Charmed as she keeps tabs on exactly what they watch.
The actress, now 49, starred as Phoebe in the drama series about three sisters who discover they are descendants of witches.
Alyssa now has two kids, Milo, 10, and Elizabella, seven, and admitted why she has avoided her children watching her most famous role.
Taking to TikTok the star was asked the question by a fan who wanted to know what her children thought about the series.
She responded: “No, they have not seen Charmed yet, my children,” as the show’s theme tune How Soon Is Now by The Smiths belted out in the background.
Revealing why, she continued: “For many reasons, one of which, I kiss a lot of guys on Charmed. So many guys that are not their dad. So many guys, so no.”
She admitted that Bella had watched the trailer for her new film Brazen, but said that her youngest daughter’s response meant there was no chance she would put Charmed on for her just yet.
“Also, I let Bella watch the trailer of Brazen,” she continued. “Because obviously I wouldn’t let her watch the movie, but I let her watch the trailer, and she said, ‘Mommy, I can tell you were fakin’ that kiss,’ which I think she was calling me a bad actress.
“The other reason, she is seven, and all she wants to wear are belly tops.
“That’s without seeing Charmed. And I’m constantly like, ‘No, you don’t want to wear a belly top.’ So, could you imagine after she watches Charmed, when she’s like, ‘Mommy, you wore belly tops!’
The star had previously opened up to ET about the sexualisation of women’s bodies during the ’90s and said it was something she experienced while filming Charmed.
She said at the time: “When I think about the ’90s…you watch reruns of Charmed, and I’m running around in like a bra and underwear for 80 percent of every episode.
“We had to be scantily clad in order for that show to be a hit.”
Alyssa has also revealed that she is now “cordial” with former Chamed co-star Shannen Doherty after the pair suffered from a somewhat strained relationship on set.
“I would say we are cordial,” she revealed. “You know, I could take responsibility for a lot of our tension that we had.
“I think a lot of our struggle came from feeling that I was in competition rather than it being that sisterhood that the show was so much about. And I have some guilt about my part in that.”
