Chanelle Hayes has hit back at the disgusting trolls who’ve sent vile messages about her body positive posts.

The Big Brother star’s weight has fluctuated over the years, and she’s taken an open and honest approach on social media, sending out messages that say we should all love the skin we’re in.

The mum-of-two, 34, took to Instagram to share a string of pictures of herself – all in yellow bikinis – that showed her at different weights.

Alongside them, she insisted that no one has a right to judge her for how she looks.

Chanelle, who is currently studying to be a nurse, said that she has never looked for validation while sharing her weight loss journey, and that she’s been left sickened by some of the comments people have left underneath her pictures.

She wrote: “MY BODY IS NOT TRIP ADVISOR – IT DOESN’T NEED A REVIEW!!!!

“I’m well aware that I put my body out there on social media platforms and I do so to promote body positivity, normalise bodies that aren’t perfect, remove stigma from weight gain and gastric surgery, and hopefully make some people out there feel that slight bit better giving them a break from the 99% of other highly edited posts out there.

“I don’t post these things for attention, to be quite honest I am a mum of two boys, doing a degree, running a business and I don’t get paid for what I post on insta 99% of the time so it’s not for my benefit. But for some reason I have a platform and I would like to use it for GOOD.

“However, the internet is a dark place and some people have made comments which are very unkind.”

Chanelle went on to share some of the nasty comments she’d read on her account.

“‘Her stomach looks like a ball bag’, ‘Ew before and ew after’, ‘Disgusting, get a jacket on chunks’, ‘Fat saggy whale’, ‘What’s she done to her face? Yuk’, ‘Cheat – surgery’, ‘Put it away love, you used to be hot but I can’t un-see this’, ‘That body is horrible to look at'”

She added: “It doesn’t bother me personally, as I feel great and am secure in myself (which I’ve never actually been able to say before so YAY for me). But what kind of impression are these vicious comments leaving on other readers? Would the adults typing these things say the same to their daughters or family members? Would they say the same about themselves? I highly doubt it.

“Let’s think about not only the physical side these comments about weight and personal appearance are referring to, but also the psychological implications they may have on others. In other words…. If you haven’t got anything nice to say, DON’T SAY ANYTHING AT ALL!!!!!!!”
