I’m A Celebrity viewers have claimed the show is a ‘fix’ saying the finalists ITV connections have kept them in the show.

Viewers were left up in arms after footy star David Ginola was given the boot last night.

And this leaves the path open for Frankie Bridge, Simon Gregson, and Danny Miller to fight it out to be named Queen or King of the Castle.

But since the soccer legend’s departure fans have picked up on the fact all three remaining camp mates have long lasting links with ITV, which of course airs the reality show.

Simon is best known for playing chatty cabbie Steve McDonald in Coronation Street and has appeared in the show since 1989.

And over on ITV’s Emmerdale, Danny shot to fame playing Aaron Dingle before leaving the show and taking on I’m A Celeb.

Finally, Frankie is a Loose Woman on the daytime chat show after securing stardom with The Saturday’s and her marriage to footballer Wayne.

Taking to social media, one angry fan wrote: “I’m a celebrity most definitely fixed! Final 3 all from ITV shows! ITV have already picked their winner…”

Another echoed: “Is it just coincidence that all 3 #ImACeleb finalists work for @ITV ? Asking for a friend!!”

A third pointed out: “Here’s the result for the final for #ImACeleb:

The backlash comes after former glamour model, Nicola McLean 40, who appeared on the show in 2008 alongside series winner Joe Swash, claimed the show winners are ‘ITV friendly’.

Speaking to the Daily Star, the former CBB star said: “I think Frankie is… do you know what, can I say this or will this totally blacklist me from life?

“I think they have done it because they like to do an ITV friendly person.”

Nicola McLean said stars remaining in the final are all ‘ITV friendly’

But despite fans dismay at David’s departure he said it was “amazing” to see footage from his time in the castle, adding he and his campmates “loved each other”.

Speaking about his time on the show, David said: “It surprised me in a good way and a bad way.

“Obviously it was really hard, but I get some positive things in my mind.”

The Mirror has approached ITV for comment regarding fans claims.

I’m A Celebrity 2021 concludes in a live final tonight at 9pm on ITV to see who will be crowned King or Queen of the Castle.
