Sasha Attwood, who is the long-term girlfriend of footballer Jack Grealish, has struggled with unhealthy eating habits after her relationship was rocked earlier this year with dating rumours
The stunning 25-year-old model opened up to followers, admitting she has recently lacked motivation and lazed in bed or in front of the TV on day’s off before eating and drinking too much.
But fans of the influencer were keen to note she was sporting a stunning diamond during one of her recent product promos – although not on her ring finger.
Talking in a vlog on her YouTube channel, she said: “Things that are going wrong for me currently….when I work, I can get up at 5am fine…it’s more when I have a day off. I just can’t get up. I’m not a morning person. I’m much more productive in the evening.”
She added: “Also, I’ve not been working out at all. I’ve just been indulging. I’ve been eating too much, drinking too much and I’m just like I want to have a bit of a lifestyle change.”
Meanwhile over on her Instagram, a trip to the Paris appears to have put a spring in her step as she posed with pasta as she tucked into the tasty feast in the culinary capital.
She also posed on a balcony wearing a black satin figure-hugging LBD and matching gloves with the iconic Eiffel Tower illuminated behind her, ahead of a night out.
The model later continued her vlog to tell fans she’s addressed her unhealthy habits and plans to kick start her “self-care” with a fitness course and 7am Pilates class.
She said: “I want to feel fit and healthy. I want to feel good. After a week, I feel so much better. I want to be the best version of me. Self-care is so important.
“Friends come and go. You are with yourself 100% per cent of the time and you wouldn’t want be around someone you didn’t like so why don’t we like yourselves?”
Jack, who in the summer became Britain’s first £100 million footballer, has been in an on and off relationship with Sasha for around 10 years.
The pair met at school and were even dubbed the new Posh and Becks before establishing their respective careers.
